They have a beating heart they are alive and human and therefore don't deserve to die. I do wonder how "pro choice" people make it OK in their brains to kill babies...bet its an interesting scene inside their heads...scary as well...to be able to just turn off the emotion to murder something because its inconvenient.
Yes, I know that they are alive and human.
For the record, I myself lean politically anti-abortion.
As for why some people think that abortion is okay, well, their views on this issue might be similar to some other people's views on killing (certain) non-human animals despite the fact that these animals are alive.
Yeah, I doubt the people at Planned Parenthood are upset over this news....though I am sure all you right wingers wish they were. Also, Planned Parenthood is a non-profit organization.
So when Democrats run around acting like little babies because PP funding should be cut, you are now admitting its ridiculous...
Because like any other business, money talks. Do you think that they are hopeful that 3% of their business will dry up? Can you name me any other business on the planet that hopes that 3% of their business dries up?
Planned Parenthood is a non-profit and I can think of a whole lot of other non-profits that would love to see "business" dry up completely.

As I said before, "non-profit" does not mean "no profit." They have a bottom line to maintain just like any other business.
Also, your assertion is that they'd prefer to never again provide abortion services to women. Considering the ongoing fight to provide abortion access to women, and their vociferous response to claims of using taxpayer dollars to do so, I'd reconcile that you are wrong in every conceivable way.
Planned Parenthood is an advocate of abortion, not an entity that seeks to see it disappear.

By not forcing a woman to give birth to something growing inside her body....sorry, I don't think the government should be governing inside our bodies. Would you want the government to outlaw you masturbating? Doubt it.

These two things aren't comparable, since one's sperm and semen are a part of one's body, whereas embryos and fetuses are not.

I am sure Planned Parenthood would be happy to focus their attention on other needs if women no longer needed abortions because they were all properly planning pregnancy.

Sorry, but until that embryo becomes a baby, it belongs to the mother's body and it is her choice if she wishes to have it grow inside her or not.
