He also goes on to say that top 1% are being treated like Jews in Nazi Germany.

He fell into the same bogus argument trap so many here are a prisoner to.

The vast generalization argument.

Billionaires need to donate to small business start-ups. Put their money to good use instead of hoarding it.

Oh, and he's wrong about people not working hard.

Its not anyone else's place to tell others how to spend their own money. It is peoples place to demand that the government stop their welfare programs for the highest classes but for some reason far too many aren't interested in doing this.

Some don't, some do.

Hard work does not mean success.

To what end? As partners? Who says that many don't already? If I was a billionaire I would be careful how I invested especially in the most litigious nation on earth. I am no millionaire, at least not yet, but I am well on my way. I have investments in a country that is more business friendly. I love the USA, fought and bled for it, but I am not about to expose myself to losing what I have worked, sacrificed and saved for. I don't blame anyone for moving their money off shore right now.
The billionaire that made the statement in the OP is an idiot, that doesn't make him representative of all. Just like the woman filmed looting during Katrina is representative of all people in NO.

The idea that anyone with money should just donate it at will is crazy.
He is wrong by generalizing. I know some pretty rich guys and they work some pretty mean hours. They might not be swinging a pick 8 hours a day, but It isn't year long vacations on gigantic yachts either.

That is where proper taxation comes into play.
