It is amazing how so many can read into something completely WRONG from what it really is, I guess hatred does make you blind.

Despite what you've been told by your liberal cohorts presidents don't create laws, congress does. I know that's a shocker with your undying support of your fhurer dictator-in-chief King Obama.

But by then, it's too late and there's no going back.

We're the frog in the pot of gradually warming water. It doesn't really feel that bad, yet, so we don't do anything to get out. We wait to see if it really will get bad.

Folks, the government is broken and is not getting better and there's no help to be had from Congress.
In the meantime, Obama has his pen and all's right with HIS world.

Good observation my friend. He is definitely transforming this Country, little by little, but this is how it is done. And it is those who enable him, that makes his quest come true. He knows he can and will get away with anything, thinking he is above any law.

You hit the nail on the head. It is lukewarm, and the waters are warming. And it does not feel right but to some it does not feel that bad either. Problem is when it is much too late, and you can't look back, is when some will say, what the hell happened. Any one associated with Obama, are liars, deceitful, and as arrogant as he is, feeling that they can and they do so wrong, but get away with it, no consequences for their wrong doings. By the time some realize what is happening, I believe some will finally in their heads realize this, it will be much too late. Obama is a power person, he must have powers above all others, and he feels that he is on a much higher level, then any other past President. Yes the government is surely broken, and we do not more government intervention in our daily life.

Those comparing this to WARN think they are similar ?

WARN just requires a 60 day notice about firing X number of people.
Corporations have stayed just under that number and fire X-1 from all there various locations around the US.

You really think Congress enacts laws without giving companies an "out" ?
In 2009 IBM was able to lay off 4600 workers without having to publish any WARN notices.
