The DOJ says that the state prosecutor in Montanistan isn't handling sexual assault cases very well or not at all. I'll bet you a quarter that the prosecutor is a Republican.

The Missoula County Attorney’s Office in Montana has “a general disregard” for sexual assault cases involving female victims; often treating the victims with disrespect, failing to communicate with them or law enforcement handling the case, and frequently declining to pursue charges against suspects even when there is enough damning evidence to proceed, a Department of Justice investigation found.

The DOJ says alleged sexual assault victims described their interactions with the Missoula County Attorney’s Office as “traumatic” and frustrating. Some said they felt as though they were treated with “no compassion,” that they felt “judged,” that the prosecutors acted like they were “forced to speak with them,” or that the prosecutors did not believe them.

Holder probably got his monthly "War on Women" report and noticed that Montanta wasn't up to his high standards of performance.

In other words, the victims had it coming. So you have nothing to say about the story at all, nothing. Just another day in the life of a con.

Missoula's rape problems have been going on for a long time, through both parties. To make this political is seriously disgusting.

Where is Holder's authority to interject his opinion on State level prosecutions? Show it to me.

No, in OTHER WORDS this story is about 1 of the three entities not agreeing to the DOJ's recommendations.
Nothing has been done regarding the women whatsoever.

The DOJ was happy enough with the University and Police Dept agreeing to remedies.
This story is about the county attorney's office not agreeing.

Nothing in that story talks about anyone going back to revisit those cases.
I would have thought that would have been the outcome from the DOJ if justice wasn't served.

Here in our county which is perdominatly democrat, they do a **** poor job at evicence keeping[rape kits] and performing DNA tests.

Politics should never be an excuse for poor police work.
