Good for them. All businesses hit with Obamacare will be passing the fee onto their consumers, some are just being more honest about it than others.

Gator's Dockside (no relation) should soon expect a lengthy IRS audit.

The cost is going to be included in the bill with or without it being itemized. This is great idea and I'd wish business's would take this a little further and attempt to itemize all taxes. It would be very eye opening for a lot of consumers.

If it is not spelled out / itemized for a liberal they think it is free.

I just find it weird that , you are now paying a fee since OUR government decided to be stupid .

This reminds me of the whole gas fee charge that my business see's when we order goods for delivery when the gas prices got crazy and havent come down.

They may have more of a case if it was "FBHO tax" or "Obamacare (sux) tax" but it says "ACA tax" which looks like any number of alphabet soup taxes we pay.
