Personally, I do not see the insult. However, one can find an argument anywhere.

The biggest growing health concern is the nutrition of minority children in this country. How sad to see that a black women promoting healthful diet and exercise is demonized by some on the right. It's truly a sad state of affairs.

Why insert "Black" there ? Is she special because she's Black ?

This was not a cause of hers before she became First Lady so I don't put much into it.
We'll see if she continues this after leaving office which many First Ladies don't.

Only those that had causes before becoming First Lady continue them after leaving office.

Even more so, when you can't see the insult after it's pointed out to you.

Do you see disagreement as racist ?
I don't agree that bold fonts and bigger print will make you more healthy.

And because of that I'm racist ?

What, she thinks SHE's a ROLE MODEL?

What ever led her to think that? Seriously, when she thinks people are dumb and stupid and that's what she imagines the public thinks when they go to the store? And that it's a crisis?

Seriously?

Talk about "out of touch". It's not even in this universe.
