She's holding herself up as someone worthy to tell people what to do, because, as she says, she can tell what every "mom" does and has the fix for it.
And no, she doesn't hold any office.
Yet, somehow her wishes are going to be enforced. And she's not just ok with that, she's insisting on it.

This was not a cause of hers before she became First Lady so I don't put much into it.
We'll see if she continues this after leaving office which many First Ladies don't.
Only those that had causes before becoming First Lady continue them after leaving office.
