Guess what big businesses were using those s-corp to call themselves small businesses so they wouldn't have to pay more taxes. Companies who make billions of dollars in revenue and have hundreds to thousands to even tens of thousands of employees. That are among some of the largest companies in the world.

Government regulation doesn't prevent fires and floods, it adds overhead and much of it is useless overhead.

But that's OK. You obviously need the Nanny State to help you live your life and make choices for you.
Wrong. Ever hear of hydralic mining? It's when you blast hillsides with water. Used to be done in the gold rush days. Thing it caused flooding. So the gov't said you couldn't do it unless you took certain measures to prevent the flooding otherwise you would get arrested and put in jail.

Yes gov't regulations prevent fires from breaking out because a lot of dumbasses would do certain things in their business that would cause fires to break out unless the gov't told them not to do those things. There is abundant historical record hence why the regulations exist because the regulations are in reaction to things that occurred.

So they are setting up s-corps to pay 39% after $400k on their personal returns? That doesn't make a bit of sense. Amazing that you attack employers like you do and then wonder where the jobs are.

Just go after them more and they'll keep sending those jobs out of the country. You lose.
