Tell it to the wooden toy makers and the mners out of good paying jobs they enjoyed.

Stop repeating debunked arguments but forward by big businesses that want to do what ever the hell the want.
My examples are not about big business and frankly it's big business that benefits from many of these regulations. They can absorb large expenses much easier than smaller companies which was the point I was trying to make but apparently that went over your head.

Mandate lead testing of toys wouldn't affect small businesses unless they manufactured the toy.
What part of wooden toy maker do you not understand? These are just little independent guys working in small shops making a few bucks selling their products online, maybe they sell to the local store etc. What do you think everything has to come from China?

Also the testing is not done on every toy. It's done on a sample from the factory like every other test of product safety.
Exactly, you are repeating what I already posted and if you are only making a handful of them you're screwed.

Your claims about bootleg are also nonsense. Bootleg mining is a term for illegal coal mining which is a real thing that goes on.
Improve your vocabulary and look up the definition of word moniker.

Price and quality, means they are so busy, it may take awhile to get to you. Service is lacking
Price and service, means they work on volume. They are in such a hurry to get to the next call, quality is rushed and lacking.
Quality and service, means they do not need to compete on the low price draw. Their reputation is what gets them the contract. You will pay a pretty penny for the professionalism, responsibility, integrity, dependability and education.
For instance the ACA is a blessing to those wanting to start small businesses because lack of health insurance is one of the main reasons why someone wouldn't want to start their own small business.
Wow! You obviously have never started a business.
Obamacare is killing small businesses.
Actuaries from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) estimate that about two thirds of small businesses will see their health insurance premiums rise under Obamacare.
Over regulation is a myth. Stop repeating debunked arguments but forward by big businesses that want to do what ever the hell the want..
Over regulation is exactly what is killing small businesses. It's no myth. Big Business has no problem with regulations. In fact, lots of regulations ensure that only big businesses can survive so they are a form of Crony Capitalism.
And the best way to do that is to lower tax rates and remove burdens on small businesses, including now the ACA.
As a small business owner, I'd love to see lower tax rates.
However, medical & health are line-item deductions.
If you think ACA is killing your business, you have no business being in business.

Government regulation ensures that only big businesses can survive in many markets. A good example is the taxi business. In most cities, it's highly regulated and you, as an individual, cannot start your own taxi company. Cities have blessed certain people with the right to own taxis. Cities also determine the price and many other aspects of taxis.
The bottom line is it's a business protected by government and you cannot start your own competitive taxi business.

So, you think if it's a deduction, it's not a cost? Strange logic. Almost all business costs are deductions. If you think the extra cost of complying with Obamacare is not a cost, you have no business posting here.

Of course it's a cost. Along with every other cost.
Quit your job, self-employ, get back to me. Best of luck.
Seriously - if your margins are that tight, you have no business being in business.
