Wait, what? A transgender woman is suing CrossFit for $2.5 million | Young Conservatives

For those too lazy to read the link, basically a Transgendered who used tobe a man wanted to compete in an athletic competition that is only for women, the company CrossFit denied her request due to her not passing as a female in the biological and physical sense, she still has male traits wich CrossFit feels would give her an unfair advantage in the competition.

This is all getting ridiculous. It's exactly things like this that are the reason why bills like the ones in Arizona are being made. The LGBT activists are becoming militant bullies and businesses need to be able to protect themselves from these asinine attacks.

We ALL knew these things would start popping up after you give them an inch. Once that inch is given, they want the entire hundred miles.

There is no way around this one. No matter how much he wants to be a woman, he never will be. He can cut his manhood off, take artificial hormones, and wear women's clothes, but he is still physically and biologically a man, just a man with a butchered penis Lol.

This is bullying all the way. There was no discrimination here. I'm sick of all things political correctness.

CrossFits response :

“The fundamental, ineluctable fact is that a male competitor who has a sex reassignment procedure still has a genetic makeup that confers a physical and physiological advantage over women,” Saran wrote in a letter to McCoy that’s linked to the discussion board. “That Chloie may have felt herself emotionally, and very conscientiously, to be a woman in her heart, and that she ultimately underwent the legal and other surgical procedures to carry that out, cannot change that reality.”

“Our decision has nothing to do with ‘ignorance’ or being bigots – it has to do with a very real understanding of the human genome, of fundamental biology, that you are either intentionally ignoring or missed in high school,”

This is a great example of why the bill in Arizona that everyone was having a **** fit about needed to pass, so this way companies would be protected from idiots like this.

Exactly. The Gay activists just bully businesses aroun . The thing is, they speak so many lies. They call anyone who disagrees with them homophobic. Simply not true at all.
