As long as Obama has Holder as his enforcement agent we'll see this for the next three years.
Which doesn't respond at all to the FACT that Voter ID laws do virtually nothing to stop voter fraud in this country.

I do...I've been staying here.

As I have said before, there are groups who openly and actively seek out illegal immigrants to register them to vote.

There are groups who help students at the 5 major universities vote by absentee ballot in their location of residence, and then vote a 2nd time here.

Straw Man

Your reasoning contains the straw man fallacy whenever you attribute an easily refuted position to your opponent, one that the opponent wouldn’t endorse, and then proceed to attack the easily refuted position (the straw man) believing you have undermined the opponent’s actual position. If the misrepresentation is on purpose, then the straw man fallacy is caused by lying.
Straw Man

She violated my Civil Rights....that is a different charge, or do you not remember the Justice Department trying dirty cops who escaped conviction of crimes?

It only grants immunity within the border of the united States.

Absolutely correct.

Under International Law, any State which is a signatory to any of the 11 Treaties or Conventions that were violated has the authority to prosecute.

Right....so why don't you continue to block any attempts to ensure voter fraud does not happen, 'cause, you know, that makes you so credible.

Legally...

While I agree with most of that....

1) We had to hear for years how Bush and diebold cheated in Ohio in 2004, not to mention Florida. So don't pretend it's just the other guys spewing garbage.

2) Sharpton embracing the convicted felon vote cheat is real and is something the democrats have denounced and are distancing themselves from. It's politically embarassing.

I'm actually trying to get people to devote more resources to county and voting registrars so they can maintain and update voter registries for the most accuracy. Something that would actually have an impact on voter fraud. Voter ID laws don't stop voter fraud. In fact, I can't think of a single case of voter fraud where voter ID presented at the polls (which is what the vast majority of voter ID laws call for) would have stopped the fraud. Clean registries with the ability to cross-check other registries would be much, much, much more effective to ensure voter fraud does not happen.

And your personal attack actually doesn't serve your credibility.

While I agree that Obama would've won even without fraud, the rest of what you we said here is very telling of the Democratic/liberal mindset.

You have it in your head that Hillary WILL be president (even though you are unable to spell her name). You feel entitled to that. Therefore, you will justify anything that might help her accomplish that even if illegal or something you would consider unethical under other circumstances. You order opponents to "get over it," implying the right should not be allowed to run a candidate or campaign and people should not be allowed to vote for her opponent.

Even if you don't think you believe this, this statement is proof you do if only subconsciously. Anyone who gets in the left's way, in your mind, is committing some reprehensible act because the left is entitled to win. Illegal and unethical behavior is acceptable to you in response because you believe the right is inherently unethical by even opposing her.

That's the exact attitude I picked up on from the left during the 2012 election as well.

(BTW - there is no guarantee Hillary will even run.)

That has got to be the single weirdest paragraph I've read all day.

It makes about as much sense as a Marx Brothers movie.

What a shock that you completely missed the mark. The Democrats/liberals have spoken out that they don't think Ms Richardson should have even attended the rally. And not one post on this thread defends the crimes this woman committed.
