Does it matter today that they only have a regular voters registration card? Yes it matters but its temporary. Sooner or later everyone will have a photo I.D.
For the relatively few who never need a photo I.D. for anything else they will use their old card until they all die off.
Yet, you have no issue with requiring the same individual to get on the internet with the computer he doesn't have to sign up on a website that doesn't work to pay premiums he can't afford or be fined.

I'm just glad that our friends on the left finally came out in favor of banning abortions on this thread. If something is statistically small, such as abortion in the case of rape or incest, then it is appropriate to ignore it when making policy decisions. That's progress!
