Once you find the people who voted more than once, then you have voter fraud.
So far no there is no evidence any of these people voted more than once. Just their registration has the same values as people in other states since 2012. Maybe the first obvious question is...are these people who simply moved?

Read the story. 35,000+ people with the same first name, last name, and date of birth voted in two different states in the 2012 election.
Are you claiming that all of these occurrences are chance? Are you really claiming that there are 35,000 pairs of people with matching data who just happen to live in different states and also voted in the 2012 election?
I guess that might be "no evidence" to a Democrat, but to anyone with a functioning brain it is plenty of evidence.
Nevermind, I am sure you are arguing that this is "nothing". No ridiculousness is too outrageous for those on your side, so long as it advances your political agenda.

Exactly. I'm glad to see we finally have an Obama cheerleader admitting there were at least 35,000+ cases of voter fraud in the 2012 election.
Considering that the 2012 election was decided by about 330,000 voters in swing states, we now need to ask the question: Was Obama legitimately elected to serve a second term?
Exactly. The Democrat Party wants people to commit voter fraud and they don't care when voter fraud occurs - so long as the fraud works in their favor. That is why they are against Voter ID laws.
Well said. All of this comes as no surprise, we have practically a tyrannical type of government now that steps on the will of the people. Why would they be honest when being dishonest has gotten them so far.

Reading comprehension problem?

A total of 35,750 voters with matching first and last names and date of birth were registered in North Carolina and another state, and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.
If I thought you or any other Democrat actually cared about disenfranchising legitimate voters, I would. But since I know you and the rest of the Democrats are only interested in taking and keeping power regardless of the means, I'll let you do your own research.
There's no research to do.
North Carolina has to investigate how many of its 35,750 aren't cases of double voting. Just like Florida had to winnow down its number of potentially illegal voter registrants. And it went way, way, way, down in Florida. No reason that it won't go way, way, way, down in North Carolina.
And by the way, how would voter ID at the polls have reduced these numbers? Oh, yeah, it wouldn't have. Wouldn't have done a darn thing. Not a darn thing.

Voter ID is just one method to combat Democrat vote fraud.
To get at double voting, which was identified here, we need a national database of voters so we can find the Democrat fraudsters and throw them in prison were they belong. I'm glad to see you're on board with even more stringent measures to protect the integrity of our voting rights. I agree with you that Voter ID is not nearly enough given the proven lengths Democrats will go to in order to steal elections and cheat.
