If I say cuss words very loudly in a work meeting (private sector company job) in front of upper management in say the middle of an annual report slide presentation
And start shouting four-letter words and taking off articles of clothing
If one gets fired for this, why isn't this a violation of their free speech rights? I though we endorse freedom of expression in America.

Explain
Because those restrictions only apply to the government.
Because, like most people, you apparently don't understand that "freedom of speech" applies to the government not restricting political speech.
And even that's not an absolute, the old "shouting fire in a crowded theater" example being prohibited is one. Another would be publishing classified information (the range, ceiling and top speed of the F35 as an example). Do either of these and you can be charged for a variety of crimes.
Because the employer also has free speech including the right to say your fired.
A job is not a right, it is a mutually agreed to business arraignment.
At any point you can quit, or the employer can fire you with or without reason.
Your security is in your abilities and skills and not in your job. If your skills are where they should be, you can get other jobs easily.
If your security is your job, you are living in peril.
Do you think we should pass legislation to protect employee rights to free speech in companies without penalty? And cannot be fired unless the speech results in imminent danger to the corporation's financial existence?
And you would like have what you call a new kind of corporate environment where people can ralley with signs and yell when a job vacancy opens up
"We want joe!!! We want joe!!!! We want joe!!! And then have 15 employees exercise free speech and storm at the CEO office snatching the list of new hires and adding in a new name to the payroll under freedom of expression

You need to start your own company....then you can say what you would like.

No. I want none of the things you suggest.
France might be a better place for you.
