Obamacare will reduce the deficit only because it TAXES people who dont have insurance, so you're applauding the NON insurance of people. I thought the whole point of ACA was to insure people?
Furthermore, the cost is lower than previously anticipated because they delayed the dam mandates
And finally, it notes more people will be insured, but we all know that, there would have been more insured with or without ACA because of population increases..

Someone they don't think paying irs agents and overshooting by 600 million on a website isn't and shouldn't be included in the budget. As well as excluding Obama's many delays.
And 1.3 trillion over 10 years is a lot more than 900 billion over 10 years as originally projected. The field goal posts are like actively moving again

Just to add. The cbo isn't even sure how long insurers can keep prices low. They say it's not sustainable. There is a lot to read. It will take about 20-30 minutes to sniff out the data.
You don't pay the government for Obamacare. You pay a private insurance CO.
You don't get as much of your tax return for those employed. The self employed rarely get a tax refund, thus the government has no prepaid to keep.
