GOP fears executive order on biometric guns (legal, Obama, carry)

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) is warning the Obama administration to not issue an executive order requiring that all new guns be made with biometric technology, such as finger-print recognition or bracelets...“Your testimony has raised serious concerns for my constituents given President Obama’s track-record of acting beyond the scope of his legal authority and your hostility to the individual right to self-defense under the Second Amendment,”

Obama have you heard of 'shall not be infringed' ???
Anyway this wouldn't hold up in court. Executive order can only carry out existing laws not create a new law.

In their attempt to divide the people, this issue will only bring certain groups of people together.

Not all gun owners (conservatives and liberals) see eye to eye on all issues. However, if tested, we will be a large force whom they will have to deal with.

Holder mentioned it in testimony, and Cornyn sent the letter to Holder, not Obama.
