Alabama Supreme Court Ruling Could End Legal Abortion in America » Eagle Rising

notes that ‘[b]ecause an unborn child has an inalienable right to life from its earliest stages of development, it is entitled ... to a life free from the harmful effects of chemicals at all stages of development.’ ___ So. 3d at ___. I write separately to emphasize that the inalienable right to life is a gift of God that civil government must secure for all persons—born and unborn.” “I. Good luck. The leftists have been ignoring that law (the DOI, first law ever enacted in the United States, and still in effect today) for generations. An Alabama court reiterating it, won't change the left's attitude.

The Alabama Supreme Court is headed by Roy Moore. There is nothing in his history that should give confidence that he is in any way influential as far as national issues are concerned.

It is Alabama; that says enough.

Why do people gloss over the legality of abortion? Laws don't make people do anything. Abortion laws will just move abortion to the black market. That is one black market no one wants to see. I'd prefer not to see fetuses in garbage cans in poorer neighborhoods. You won't stop people from having abortions. Period.
