Can not believe Barbara Walters did not ask if they were having a romantic/sexual relationship. How can you be taken seriously as a journalist by not asking such a question? It's just baffling to me how inept American media is. Oprah has been long criticized of this: inviting on a controversial figure, milking the appearance in advertisements and then under handing softball questions. In Oprah's case she wants to be viewed by celebrities as the safe place. She has no journalistic integrity
Back to 20/20. It is very telling about American culture and it's (lack of) ideals. No controversy whatsoever about him "possibly" committing adultery with a women 50 years younger no less but instead the uproar is over what he told her in private conversation? Typical backwards American logic.
The kind of spouse/partner control you're talking about would be believable in this case IF Sterling has said, "I don't want you bringing your friends to the games or having your picture taken with other men." But he didn't say that. He said, "don't bring your BLACK friends or have your picture taking with BLACK friends." How is that NOT racist in your world?
That is not racist... His girlfriend is black!!! He has given blacks millions of dollars in cash, expensive automobiles and luxury homes. He invited Kareem Abdul-Jabaar to his daughter's wedding.
If he was truly racist why would he tell her that he didn't care if "She slept with or hung out with black guys"?
Blacks just want to find something (anything) they can claim to be racist. And whites just go along with it so they don't look to be racist themselves. Amazing ****!

She also bragged a lot about getting a **** job when she was in high school and known as Vanessa Perez, and she also attended the same high school (Roosevelt) as Sterling did.

There are actually two issues.
Sterling's attempt to control and limit with whom she can associate.
Sterling's racist comments.
Think about that...
