It works very well in Canada, Australia, France or UK. It doesn't work for us cause we never done it the way other countries do.

It cant work here, and it is very clearly not working in those nations either, they are running massive debts they will not be able to pay back and promoting a welfare culture that has some very serious consequences.

So Oklahoma cutting incomes taxes and later the state budget coming up shorter than last year is good, even though the highway system and schools continue to suffer from lack of adequate funding. Let's do it again so the government can become yet smaller and more feeble.
