So why do rich liberal states like New Jersey, Connecticut or New York pay for conservative, poor states like Alabama or Tennessee? Why are liberal states more responsible than conservative ones ?

You are making a big assumption. I think they are less responsible because they overtax their citizens. If you look at what states are allowed to do, what you are saying makes no sense at all.

Even if the poor move it still doesn't change the fact that rich liberal states are forced to pay for the conservative poor ones.... Who's more fiscally responsible, liberal New Jersey or conservative Tennessee?

They dont.. The only reports I've seen which show money going to red states are for purchasing of services from those areas, not things like welfare..

But hey, why let facts stop a good liberal rant.

1/3rd the nations welfare recipiants live in California for example..

I don't think you make any sense. If a state like New Jersey pays more to federal budget than it receives while Tennessee pays less than it receives than Tennesse is undertaking its citizens. Why should New Jersey pay for the rest of the country?

Who is us? I haven't heard of Nevada willing to secede.... I don't have a problem with that either, just pay your share of the national debt and go. We'll be fine without you lol
