No kidding, he sounds like a liar:
More than 81,000 people went through through Cover Oregon – either through paper or electronic applications—to select a private health plan. Of those, 5,000 have already cancelled policies or been terminated for lack of payment. Thousands more have not yet paid their first-month's premiums, meaning their have not completed their enrollment, according to carriers.

I've read the article so what did I miss?
"insuring everyone"? Not only did Obamacare cause 6 million to lose their insurance people are failing to pay and losing their insurance.
Maybe they can't afford it and if so, they are screwed because they will have to pay the government a fine. Obama getting more of Americans money one way or another.
The people not paying generally can't afford the premiums and/or the out-of-pocket expenses.
So if that is the case, even after causing people to lose their insurance and then causing insurance premiums to skyrocket Obamacare still didn't do the job. But I'm sure it is a success to Obama because now government will gain because of the fines.
Lot of reasons for people to drop insurance...like getting a job where the employers pays for the insurance. How about dying or getting laid off?? ..Blame this on Obama that people die or change jobs or get laid off...its another exception that Obama has allowed...time to impeach Obama...
