I saw this article in a paper, a week or so ago, with the threat to the presenter's job. I'd watched the whole program, and was left confused as to what wrong had been done, and taking it that just one person has taken offence, I'm still not sure.

Seems to me his slope comment was referring to a condition of the bridge they had just finished building. I think the person claiming this as some cultural disrespect needs to get a life, or at the very least a sense of humor//

so some actress is threatening to sue clarckson, but since the comment was not directed at her, she has no standing, thus i believe it is an empty threat. as far as i am concerned she can go pound sand.
