Wrong direction. Health care shouldnt have to be tied to employment.
And people wonder why there are fewer small businesses and are being chain stored to death.

It doesn't force employers to insure. They can chooose the penalty. What this wisely does do is remove the tax favored status of just dumping them on the exchange. A status such employers do not deserve to be granted.

I'm not forcing you to contribute to my Lear Jet fund. You can simply opt out and pay me the consolation penalty.

It's a good ruling and is just another example of the lies right wing conservatives have told about the ACA being proven completely untrue. Not that facts or reality ever influences them in any way; many of them are still birthers and believe in mythical death panels.

Do you hear yourself talk? "It doesn't force employers to insure. They can choose the penalty."

Ridiculous. The entire point of a penalty is to prevent people from doing the thing which incurs that penalty. Is that a difficult concept?

??? What's this spin:

"The health law, known as the Affordable Care Act, builds on the current system of employer-based health insurance. The administration, like many in Congress, wants employers to continue to provide coverage to workers and their families."

??? Not passing Obamacare would have helped many employers "continue to provide coverage to workers and their families."
