What am I spinning? The guys shouldn't have gotten any votes, but that is the beauty of free elections, and sometimes guys like this still get votes.
Heck, maybe people voted for him to throw away a vote or to vote in protest of the other candidates. And yes, this is random.
That's the "beauty" of it? Really? That we have so many idiots that cast votes that have or could have major impacts on the country? That's not beauty, that's the horrible ugliness of it. Not free elections, but the fact that people vote who realm should not....clearly.
