What are you talking about? It was just a video of a dead basketball player saying he was conservative. You are aware there are non whites that are conservative, right? Granted the Republicans seem to want to alienate anyone who isn't white every chance they get.
I prefer to think for myself. Labeling yourself liberal or conservatives usually means that you follow a prescribed set of beliefs. I'm liberal on many issues, but conservative on others, and undecided or moderate on yet others. I like it that way.
