Yes he has, and so have I, there are people who seem to not even understand what an amendment is as they have argued that the Constitution hasnt changed since it was originally ratified.
If you really cared about your constituents, maybe you should stop being such an ideologue and help your poorest of poor constituents and expand Medicaid, so they at least some type of coverage.

You have ideas on how he will pay for this expansion?
Follow the links as there are dozens more also, if you had bothered to read what I wrote, I repeatedly said domestic attacks inside the US specifically since 9/11. Reading comprehension doesn't seem to be one of your strong points either that or you are deliberately being obtuse.
Do you know what is insulting? You lying RWNJs trying to deny right wing domestic terrorism exists, that dirt bag politicians like Jindal whip it up every day, and deny the FACT that more Americans have been killed by right wing domestic terrorists than Muslim terrorists.
Perhaps it's my poor reading comprehension and all, but I'm not seeing the part were you claim you "repeatedly said domestic attacks inside the US specifically".
Can you point it out in that paragraph I was replying to?
I am sorry facts upset you but they remain FACTS not propaganda. You should learn the difference.
RWNJ hate them some facts I tell ya. The domestic slime of today was the Klan, and those of their ilk of yesterday. What's also true...lynchings = domestic terrorism
It is 100% for the first 5 years (after which the Feds will still pay 80% of the balance in perpetuity) and I am fully convinced that, like most government entitlements, it won't go away and instead the subsidies will keep getting extended. Even if it does drop to "only" 80% free though then you can just repeal it if an 80% subsidy isn't enough for you but you might as well ride the five years of free medicaid expansion while you can especially as the hospitals in red states are literally going out of business due to unpaid medical bills while that virtually doesn't happen in the blue states which have expanded medicaid. The reason is those poor people who can't afford their medical insurance get automatically covered and that means hospitals don't get stiffed and thus insurance premiums are lower for everyone else.
