Why do people think the idiots in government should tell anybody how to live their lives? This is absurd.
-------------------
With all the other drama in the news, the likely passage of a California law ostensibly targeting sexual assault on college campuses—approved by the state Senate on May 29 and by the Assembly Judiciary Committee on June 18—has gone largely unnoticed. Yet the bill, SB-967, deserves attention as an alarming example of creeping Big-Sisterism that seeks to legislate "correct" sex. While its reach affects only college students so far, the precedent is a dangerous and potentially far-reaching one.

The bill, sponsored by state Senator Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) and developed in collaboration with student activists, does nothing less than attempt to mandate the proper way to engage in sexual intimacy, at least if you're on a college campus.

And anti-sodomy laws have not been doing the same thing?

This may be a new article but it's an old story.

This 'step-by-step' affirmative plan has been around for quite a while.

This is why my "safe word" during kinky sex is always "government".

Too funny!
These people call themselves the intellectuals?

They, in no way, thought that through.

Yes, they have, but that's off topic. Please try to keep up.

Yes. Millions of people have sex every day without saying a word. I guess in CA colleges they would now be a criminal.

And I wonder how a person who cannot speak would comply with this law.

My point is that "government in the bedroom" is the broad issue, and one side isn't any less guilty of it than the other.

Only Nazi feminists are going to try and enforce this law. I have managed to never rape anyone nor get as much consent as CA is wanting. If I remember correctly, it is also illegal for two 15 yr olds to have sex in CA as well. In fact, now that I think about it, the only time I ever straight up asked if a girl wanted sex was when I was making booty calls/texts.

Just because a college girl is drunk doesn't mean she wants to have sex with you, it is still rape even if you think she was asking for it.
