Then God forbid, a woman may actually have to be responsible enough to pay for her own birth control if she wants to have sex.

Oh the horror......

I expect Obama to issue an Executive Order to pay for the bc/pregnancy termination Hobby Lobby won't fund.

I suppose women employees can go to PP or buy an affordable Obamacare plan if they want to. I'm assuming HL doesn't force employees to join the employer plan.

This tragedy of a decision will come back to haunt them and the employer's in the end.

What happens when a company owned by Jehovah Witnesses pull the "religion card"? They don't believe in blood transfusions or products. So they get an exception from blood draws, lab tests, dialysis, blood transfusions and many more. All of you jumping up and down on today's decision just might want to re-think that.

BTW, HL investment funds invest in - you guessed it companies that make the day after pill, IUD's etc. Sooo HL is making money off the manufacturing of said BC and yet they don't want to let their employee's who PAY for their healthcare coverage include these items. Oh and HL will still cover vasectomys along with viagra

The good of America prevails.
In the end what counts is a win or loose and depending on what side of the aisle people will be winners and the other side losers and it doesn't matter if it was 5-4, 6-3, etc.

Obama lost 3 Supreme Court rulings and immediately announces that he will go for another bill to push through. Some people have common sense and some have not and it seems Obama doesn't seem to understand and respect the Supreme Courts ruling.

Does Obama know that ? He does all sorts of stuff with EO's. If they don't find another way to fund those kinds of pregnancy terminations, EO it is.

This is one of those times I think the supremes got it completely wrong. Companies, businesses, and corporations are not INDIVIDUALS with constitutionaly protected RIGHTS!! Religious or otherwise.

So what if a start working for a company owned by one of these nutters who doesn't believe in getting medical treatment.... at all???
