I had an old pickup that smoked like that. A cop pulled me over and I thought I was getting a ticket but the county hired me to drive around the neighborhood to kill mosquitos instead.

I bet after this guy was done rolling coal their wasn't a skeeter for miles
These azzhats are just going to precipitate more emission regulation so the guy buying a pick-up truck thinking he can chip it up so it'll pull his 20,000lb RV will be told after he's already bought his toy "sorry but the "rolling coal" gang screwed the pooch and we're no longer able to tamper with the injector timing to give you more juice."
Their going to "roll coal" onto the wrong person and wind up shot.
