Yeah, those guys who turn, or will turn, into frozen blocks of meat in an alley in Detroit, Chicago, and Toronto every winter probably won't agree with your "celebrated way of life" feelings.

As a matter of fact, I bet they'd rather be back in the board room pitching ideas to people around a table, than wiping your windshield with an old pair of boxers while you ***** at them to stop.

By being homeless and begging you obtain work experience in pitching messages and surveying an audience (people walking by on the city street)

Also, homeless people have a voice that reaches out to America by working with special interest groups in lobbying members of Congress and President to support the business of begging for change and being homeless.

It is a job and a celebrated way of life and should be. Help doesn't mean get these people to change their ways . Instead, we want a system where I can be in the homeless begging for change group and as a member of that group, we want to promote a better life for homeless people begging for change by improving social welfare programs for poor homeless people
It may be work but it's certainly not legitimate work. Is the person begging working for a company or are they self employed? If they're self employed do they have the required business permits and are they paying taxes on their earnings?

In my neck of the woods they stand out in 90 degree heat and 65% humidity for hours. It does not look easy.

If they have all those skills they should be able to find other work. If they believe it's a business, they should go get a business license and be subject to all laws like reporting their income and paying taxes. Only the mind of an internet troll is homelessness celebrated. If it's something to be celebrates then they should be happy with their station in life and people should stop complaining about how bad they have it and what they need.

There is no tax code from the IRS to file taxes while making money in this matter.

Talk to the IRS.

You got the first part right, but the appearance that he is doing the second part is just part of the first. Ignore.

Begging, by definition "engaged in physical or mental activity in order to achieve a purpose or result", is a form of work. For some beggars, this activity pays really well.

Begging also provides a service to society. People who give money to beggars get something back, maybe feeling good about themselves and how generous they are, or they wouldn't give beggars money.
