did anybody see the footage on cnn showing a big fire ball erupting in a field with a big black plum of smoke rising?? it was kind of strange that their was no smoke trail from the plane coming down, either they were using some other footage from another plane crash? or something.. its hard to believe that a missile hitting or exploding next to that jet would not ignite it on the way down.. not only that!!! they were showing some footage of the main fuselage wreckage with what looked like a missile right in the center of the video, the missile seemed to me to be to intact to have blow up a plane at 33 thousand feet in the sky and falling to the ground right in the main wreckage site.. the nose cone of the missile was clearly visible.. was cnn using some old footage of another downed plane in the second video also??
oh and by the way they showed both the video footage multiple times

I guess your not the only one who smells BS. They show pictures of these jet engines sitting right next to each other after getting shot out of the sky? lol...............it's a joke. Who knows what happened we never will like many other things. Staring at the TV and nodding your head seems to be how it goes for many though.
1) no plane had ever been shot down
2) planes routinely fly over war zones unless there is air-to-air action. . .with the belief that 32k feet is out of range
3) its expensive to route around, and the airlines (not just the pilot) controlled the route.
Stupid system maybe. But the pilots obviously thought they were safe and had THOUSANDS of similar flights to back that up. The pilots weren't stupid

Those engines aren't in tact, they're in pieces, the whole jet is in pieces. Bodies and remains along with plane parts and personal effects.
Just as there is wreckage from planes shot down over Vietnam, England, Germany, Iraq, Iran and as there is wreckage from the Space Shuttle Discovery, Challenger etc.
So lie the remains of Malaysia Air Flight Number Seventeen.
You may "buy it" I don't. You shoot a huge passenger jet down out of the sky the sheet lays all over not right next to each other. It is just looks to nice IMO. How do two jet engines after being shot out of the sky just happen to land on the ground right next to each other. Very convenient.
We just found out that our daughters first grade teacher and her husband were on this flight. What are the chances with 17 million people in Holland that her teacher was on this flight to go biking in Indonesia!
So many people died and we saw the horrible images incl. the passports and other stuff that amazingly have not been destroyed during this crash. The bodies were almost like they were put there which to us was so weird to see since we saw the fire and crashing from this height you don't think anything is left.
The people must have lived for seconds or minutes and realizing what was happening which makes it even more cruel.
To me it is scary that terrorists can do this and it seems no flight will be safe anymore and with Obama releasing 5 of the worst terrorists who probably have more hate then before it will be even more dangerous.
Especially since these muslims believe in getting virgins if they die. If other die they believe it is over and they rather live to the fullest while muslims seem to find satisfaction with giving their families money since other muslims pay each family for giving them their son or daughter to become a jihadist.
This group who may have done it may or may not be muslims but they have the same goal!

Well "dogfights" are a thing of the past. The Red Baron is a lost art. Now it's all seeing eye missles and the like. If you paid attention all flights have been avoiding that region and for good reason. Those missles can get ya.
