True. But that initial army under Saddam has long been defeated. The current enemy operates much different from its predecessors

Iraq didn't ask for help. Iraq wasn't our enemy. Iraq posed no threat.
Therefore, the war was not legitimate. But the deaths certainly are.

(not to imply they were justified, I'm simply saying you can't erase the damage nor raise the dead, every life matters).

2. What action should be taken against American political and military leaders and soldiers who have committed atrocities in Iraq?
I

Those FEW that have been found guilty of violating the UCMJ have been and will prosecuted. Are you suggesting that there is more atrocity being commited and people are getting away with it?

Questions That Won't Be Asked About Iraq

Every person that voted for this authorization instead of having the balls to declare war should be tried for treason. Iraq was not a threat. Some people got it right.

Ron Paul!

The president only HEARD what he wanted to justify going into Iraq in the first place. RE: Joe Wilson and his report was NOT what they wanted to hear therefore the outing of Valarie Plame.

Secret Prisons and torture are still happening but, the evidence of the video tapes destroyed to protect those who are STILL committing crimes.

Where is Osama and why has there been no efforts to find him?

There are a FEW who have been found guilty but, that is just the beginning of the atrocitys this administration has been behind.

Can you give us a breakdown of those 1,000,000 dead, with links to sources?

Watch
YouTube - That's what happens when Donald Rumsfeld reads a newspaper!

It says a lot.

In any case I actually think the States often overstates the terrorists' capabailities. You find some of them comparing the fight to the Cold War (which, IMHO, is really just insulting to Russians) and even at one point Rumsfeld speculated how the caves in Afghanistan are just facades underlying the secret complex of the "evil doers."
...And then it just turned out to be caves used by goatherders.

I don't think Bush could have sold the Iraqi War without hyping up the threat and scaring the crap out of the sheep that actually bought that crap.

PS: Obama and Huckabee win Iowa!
Clinton comes in third... ouch!!!!!!
