The poll gives Obama a 42% approval rating, which
nails the RCP average perfectly, so
this poll is in line with the accuracy of other polls.
The results of this poll show why so many Democrat Senators and Congress members do not want to be seen with the president on the campaign trail.

Obama's Job approval rating: 42%, among whites 35% (-25%), among Hispanics 47% (+1%), among blacks 85% (+76%), Men 41% (-12%), Women 43% (-9%).
Regardless of his policies, is Obama Competent in Managing the Federal Government: 40% say he is, 58% say he is not competent: Among whites 34% (-30%), among Hispanics 41% (-13%), among blacks 75% (+54%), among men 39% (-19%), among women 40% (-17%).
All age groups have the majority finding Obama incompetent, but the most favorable group is the youth where 47% (-3%) say he is competent for the 34 years old and under crowd, but the 35 to 54 year old crowd sees him as the least competent at 36% (-27%).

14% believes that Obama wants the IRS to treat people fairly, 31% say Obama somewhat wants a fair IRS, 18% say not very fair, and
31% say Obama does not want a fair IRS at all.
-52% to 44% say he is NOT competent in managing healthcare change.
-57% to 40% say he is NOT competent in managing the VA scandal.
-56% to 39% say he is NOT competent in managing our southern border.
-50% to 48% say he is NOT honest and trustworthy.
-28% say Obama has the most transparent administration ever, 68% disagree.
-52% to 41% say Obama still wants to be president.
-58% to 37% DISAPPROVE of Obama's use of executive orders.
-58% to 37% believe Obama has exceeded his constitutional powers as president.
-61% to 36% OPPOSE impeaching Obama.
