The man fired a shotgun into the air in order to scare off a car prowler. It goes against common sense, against rule IV of Cooper's four rules of gun safety, and apparently against the law (as I think it should) in Vancouver, WA.

Normally I'd say that 'the VP told me to do it' is not a defense. However, this is the admin that has time and time again claimed the power to legislate from the executive branch. Maybe Biden's stupid statements do have the force of law....???

Really? Because I think the guy trying (and he will fail) to use the "Biden Defense" is actually quite an idiot.
Agreed, but he is just some guy from Vancouver, WA. He is not a heartbeat away from the nuclear football.
