The family switched form Mighty dog to Great Value (Walmart), the distraught dog walked to Fresno, got a Saturday night special under a fake ID, them went home, shot the family, and then turned the gun on himself.
From the OP's post, I assumed they were shot--why else bring up stricter gun laws?
