So, is it your contention that if they had ran into McVey right after the crime and McVey attacked a police officer and tried to get his gun that the officers would have just released him?
How could he steal a gun with his hands in the air? While changing his shoes?
And I'm sure possession of explosives means the suspect is armed and dangerous? He lived. And the Aurora Co shooter was literally armed with guns that he killed people with yet he lived? And being realistic why would even attack a cop? Especially after the Trayvon Martin issue and Zimmerman wasn't even a cop.
Did you miss the whole part about Brown and Wilson struggling in the car when the gun was discharged the first time?
I'm actually at the point where I think he is just trolling. Nobody can be so ignorant as to what information is out there.
And Officer Wilson said he pulled him over for walking in the middle of the street...I guess that's a felony now. And he was still unarmed. Strange all these thugs love to reach for guns.
And why did it take so long for all the info to come out? The Aurora shooter and Sandy Hook shooting was pretty quick case to open and convict. This one is full of holes and contradictions...
Why am I not seeing this story anywhere else? It needs to be spread around.
I watched the news for 3 hours last night, and all they talked about was the rioting. The media isn't really covering the actual incident anymore. They'll release any new information when it first comes out, but then its back to the riots.
And not sure about the other news networks, but I do know CNN showed the cell phone video yesterday.
I'd say his three suspensions, threats of sucker punching a bus driver and possession of (most likely) stolen property put him in the "thug in training" category at a minimum.
Considering that his parents were allowing him to watch the game and head over to the convenience store after getting suspended kind of tells me they didn't care what he did.
He wasn't committing a crime when the incident occurred as in this case. He was walking home minding his own business.

The cop said he stopped Brown because he fit the description of the robber of the store.
And yes, the shop owner says there was no robbery. Probably because he/she is afraid of the mob of rioters...
