Real people. Real live people. And not just a few. Hundreds of thousands.

Let's devastate them financially. That'll surely help the Republican Party win elections. Not.

Evidently they were more screwed than people who lived in states that did set up exchanges. And the conservatives want to tighten those screws. Because that's how you win elections! Ooops, not so much.

No they were screwed by the GOP - who FIRST refused to set up a state exchange in their states AND THEN took away the Federal subsidies as well so that THEIR CONSTITUENTS can't get subsidies while folks in blue states that set up exchanges CAN.
Oh yeah, that's a real winning plan for the GOP.

Had subsidies according to who? The ACA doesn't allow subsidies to be given to those who purchase insurance on the federal exchange.

The long standing laws of this country is kinda, sorta, pretty important wouldn't you say?

Seriously though, I can't take your post seriously. I can only chuckle at the defense that we should ignore illegal actions by an administration because otherwise some people will be upset.

Have to wonder why Obama and the Dems would purposely choose to do so, no?

Read the ACA, as written. Gruber acknowledged the written intent, prior to the lawsuits.

The Republicans have nothing to do with it. The Dems wrote and passed the ACA which very clearly prohibits those who purchase insurance on the federal exchange from receiving subsidies.

They had subsidies ACCORDING TO THEIR POCKETBOOKS.
If you take money away from people that's ALL they will care about.
Do you REALLY think folks will THANK YOU for making them pay more for insurance than the folks in other states pay?
