Why does this not surprise me. Actually nothing surprises me anymore. Yes someone knowingly knows that they are HIV positive, and they choose to have unprotected sex ought to be a crime.

Telling someone to stop doing something like this, wow is the nutcase going to listen.

They all are guilty. Takes two to tango. The court has no say in this.

In less "progressive" places that would be a crime on par with attempted murder, but this is Seattle.

You are absolutely correct. It does take two, to tangle. But someone willing to do so knowing they are HIV positive, is just heartless.
