Why would ISIS terrorists fly into Mexico City, make their way to the US border and cross illegally when they can take a non stop flight from Europe , present a passport and come in on a tourist or student or business visa?

Should Congress pass the Border Security bill given the ISIS threat? If I am not mistaken the Senate passed the bill 15 months ago, so this question is about the House vote.

-Is it possible that someone could want the border secure, but believe that the Senate version is ineffective/the wrong way to do it/etc...?
-Is it possible that someone could want the border secure, but not want the political baggage not related to securing the border in the Senate version?
-Why can't Obama enforce more or even all of the laws currently on the books and use his power that he does have to make the border more secure as is?
-Can anyone truly trust Obama to enforce ALL of a law, since he is a pathological liar that currently does not enforce all laws for politics?
-Why does Obama tell Americans that deportations are up under him, and then tell Mexicans on Univision that that is not true and that they are down under him. That they changed the way they count deportations so that appears that way as now anyone turned back at the border is counted as having been deported. Is Obama lying to Americans or lying to Mexicans?

It seems like you are being a bit simple minded with your comments. There is only so much you can do if Congress does not authorize the funding. Bush would have finished the fence if he had been given the funding, but they gave him enough to build only 700 miles. It was not enough. It costs money to build a double / triple fence. It costs money to hire more border agents. It costs money to implement the electronic surveillance. Do you understand this? That's what they are asking for.

They gave "W" funds to build 700 miles, so they built 700 miles. Now they are asking for more money to finish the job, but Boehner put the bill in his drawer which is labeled "not important".
