GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - Police say a 13-year-old Colorado boy stole his parents' car, ran over an officer's leg and rammed three patrol cars before being struck with a stun gun and arrested. The 13-year-old is facing four charges, including second-degree assault on a peace officer. The suspect's name is being withheld because of his age.
