WW3? The US would crush Russia in a few days. The days of the USSR are long gone.

Alarmist Claptrap.

Putin is as crazy and impotent as Khrushev, and he will probably meet the same fate.
We do the same to Russia, China, North Korea and Iran (and a boatload of other countries)

If only I had a dime for all the different times in my life I've heard people take idle threats from megalomaniacal dictators and leaders of unstable, dysfunctional nations seriously enough to yell out "IT'S WW3!!! THE END IS NEAR!!!"... I could afford at least 3 new homes in San Francisco.

This is just Putin being Putin. Nothing new, and nothing to lose sleep over. I think he's in a heated competition with Kim Jong Un to see who can make the most empty threats to nuke the planet. Besides, modern day Russia isn't anywhere near the cohesive military powerhouse that the cold war era Soviet Union was. His missiles would never make it past the Russian coastline without being shot down. Putin is a loudmouth moron whose days are very numbered at this point.

Don't get your knickers in a twist, it's just Russia trying to stay relevant and pretend its one of the big boys. These flights are just minor provocations nothing more and not a prelude to WW3.

Oh please, San Francisco is pretty expensive, two homes at the most, and they'd be small.

Well, I'm not worried. When we have a brilliant military leader like the boy king, barry soetero, I think Putin would quiver in his size 8 shoes.

The alleged actual quote: “If I wanted, in two days I could have Russian troops not only in Kiev, but also in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Warsaw and Bucharest.”

IF I wanted...it didn't say he WILL, he's just thumping his chest.

Also note, at the bottom of the article: "If this alleged conversation between Putin, Poroshenko, and Barroso did take place..."

In other words, the article does not say he DID say it, it's a rumor that he said it. Let's calm down here.
