This is why I support the 2nd amendment and concealed weapons permits.

As a friend of mine who is a firearms dealer says, "When seconds count, and help is minutes away....."

I own firearms for hunting and self defense. That said, if someone I trusted at my office walked up behind me and knocked me out, a gun wouldn't do me much good.

Given that he just converted - probably from being a Baptist - this is more of a wanna be crime from an ex-Christian than a real Islam-fueled one. I'm not defending Islam here; it remains a religion of violence and terror until proven otherwise and was the inspiration for this guy's crime. Nevertheless, this incident is not Islam in action.
