Homeland Security should have been a clearing house to share information among the different agency's that were already in existence. Too put all the eggs in one basket is foolish. Typical bulls**t of bureaucracy on the terror train to incompetence.

In my mind, it would be some domestic terrorists kidnapping a former President. We have four of them at the moment, and all their wives, former First Ladies, are still alive, too.

It could be solved with a mote. Anyone in the water splashing around should wake up the SS agent. A taller fence with grease on it would help too. Maybe some strategically located bear traps on the lawn or other high tech solutions.
