Unreal. Freedoms continue to go away. They're not refusing to do business with anyone. They're refusing, as they should have the right to, to what product they will produce. If someone said they wanted shirts with pictures of women in a thong or shirts with curse words, no one would bat an eye.
This judge can take his classes and shove em. Dirt bag.
Wow..never figured a tshirt company would get tangled up in gay rights.
Government has legislated morality now and businesses will have to pony up or close up.
Doesn't matter what your belief system is when you run a business.
It's discrimination if you don't do their bidding.

For such a small minority the homosexual lobby is powerful.. there is more to it..The ultimate goal of the gay movement is the discrimination of religious rights.

Be that as it may the USG has made it a civil right which can be taken to court.
Their civil rights trump your religious beliefs now and you really have no religious rights when it comes to business unless you are a church run business.
Do I think it was idiotic on the part of the t-shirt business to refuse and limit his options to target another market, potentially opening up another revenue stream? Yes. Do I think he should forced in some Orwellian fashion to take a diversity class? Absolutely not!

Rep points for you.
It's not enough that gays be left alone to live their lives--now they have to go whining to whomever so they can shove their agenda down everybody's throats.

Where do we draw the line? Perhaps nambla or a strip joint want to have shirts printed up.. I dont want to offend anyone but I think a business should have the right to refuse service.. How bout the no shirt no shoes people? Shouldnt they have rights too?

Figures.
so as a business owner open to the public do you think you should have the right to refuse service to blacks, jews or seniors as well as gays?
