When you look at the conflicts in the world, regardless of the politics involved, Islam is always at war with Christian nations, or with other forms of Islam. Why are they always at war? They say that Islam is the 'religion of peace', but unbiased observation reveals the exact opposite. Is it just inherent in the dna of Islam?
One of my clients 20 years ago said that there will never be peace in the middle east. Being a younger man I thought he was nuts. 20 years later I totally agree with him.
Central Asia which is mostly Muslim is mostly at peace with Russia which is an Orthodox country. Iran (Shia Islam) is also very close with Armenia (Christian) and backed Armenia against Azerbaijan (Shia Islam) in the Nagorno-Karabakh war. Muslim countries are also some of America's closest allies; these countries are Morocco, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, and Oman.
It is weird but Islamic allies of the US are probably some of the most hated allies America ever had. You rarely see any positive portrayal of Muslims anywhere in the American media. The weird thing is after WWII, the US began to rapidly rehabilitate Japan's image and also asked Hollywood to promote a positive portrayal of Japan. Movies like the "Seven Samurai", "Rashomon", and "Sayonara" were acclaimed and helped improve Japan's image. American Japanologists also helped spread Japanese culture in the USA and started giving a more nuanced view of WWII and also blamed Japanese leaders for WWII rather than blame the Japanese people like they did during the war. This all took place in the really racist 1950s so it is even more pathetic that Islamic allies still haven't been given a positive image despite being some of America's most stalwart allies. Instead Muslims are constantly demonized by Fox News and etc.
Islam isn't anti Christianity...it's a by product of it. You wouldn't have Islam if there wasn't Judaism and Christianity first. Those religions birthed Islam.
Islam is anti Christian only in that the main people meddling in their affairs and trying to tell them how to live just happen to be Christians. Try leaving them alone for once...you might be surprised at how NOT anti Christian they are.
After all, they used to love Americans in the Arab World.
What folks should be asking themselves is why don't love us now.

True, you don't have to go very far to see that by the number of anti-muslim and anti-arab postings on this very forum.

A 'nice' posting ?, is he a very famous client ? 40 years ago I heard the opposite story that contradict your client statement, Jordan and Egypt are still respecting the agreements.
Did you ask yourself a simple question : why (us) the US since 1914, are we constantly at war with enemies, fake, created or even invented enemies ?
We have never had peace ourselves ? we're always at war, there was no period of time in our history where we have not been involved in wars, when did we have peace with all other nations ? and i'm not even talking the other wars inside America : crime, drugs, violence !!
We always have enough money to go to wars overseas but not enough money to fight poverty, inequality, discrimination and violence in our cities ? something's wrong somewhere !!
