Jesse wants a Congressional hearing on why the tech industry isn't hiring Blacks/Hispanics.
He wants tech companies to go to Black colleges and hire graduates.

The tech companies say there isn't enough Black/Hispanic engineers.
But Jesse thinks otherwise. Jesse says the tech industry is the next phase of the Black civil rights movement.

Whites seem to be in the minority. I do agree we need to stop importing workers who work cheap and hire within the US.

It's not that big of a mystery. Democrats won't allow school vouchers and insist on keeping Black and Hispanic students trapped in their crappy public schools.

Just take a look at public school results by race. Should be immediately obvious why the tech industry correctly believes the vast majority of Blacks and Hispanics are incompetent:

U.S. public schools educate only 26% of all public school students to even basic grade-level proficiency in math, 38% in reading, by 12th grade.

NAEP - Mathematics and Reading 2013

That in and of itself is bad enough, but pay very careful attention to the much lower basic proficiency percentages for Black and Hispanic students.

Percent of White students at least basically proficient in math by 12th grade: 33%
At least basically proficient in reading by 12th grade: 47%

Proficiency percentages for Hispanic students:
Math: 12%
Reading: 23%

Proficiency percentages for Black students:
Math: 7%
Reading: 16%

Note the differences?

But, hey, yeah... Blacks and Hispanics will keep voting for the Democrats who oppose school vouchers and keep Black and Hispanic kids trapped in their horrible public schools, even though 2/3 of Black and Hispanic adults support school vouchers. Blacks and Hispanics will intentionally keep voting for their own educational and therefore socioeconomic oppression. Who thinks that's a good plan?
