We know there was no "glitch" in the wording.

If that even was the case it is solely the job of Congress to put the fix on that, not the SC.

They should of, in reality not my opinion, ruled on what it said and Congress could have fixed it if the desired.

But as I explained in my other thread, if SCOTUS has voted this down and Republicans were now on the hook to do something with ACA while their constituents in red states (who use most of the subsidies) were losing healthcare..Republicans would be royally ****ed. So you should be happy with this.


What is right is more important than Republicans and their welfare......always.

This nation is more important than ANY political party.
