Ever looked at a Chicago cell phone or cable bill? You'd be amazed (I'm not making this up) at how many additional 'fees' are tacked on to the original cost of the service. It's almost comical.
They'll rig the cameras and justify it because Chicago drivers are too stupid to know what's good for them. The good little sheep will march on.
