That is a great story.

It would be a better story if those politicians all served long sentences in the gen pop section of the prison, and were subjected to daily beatings.

It would be a far better story if the same thing happened to Obama, Holder, and every other corrupt turd in the toilet we call Washington, D.C.

Sounds like pure confusion to me. Thank god; I do not live there. In order to make a arrest the charge as to fit where it can by a citizen in state law ; the arrestor(s) have to make out a affidavit of probable cause to a judge to have warrant issued to detain and set bond. If not the they face False Imprisonment charges just like a law enforcement officer. Want to act as cop then be prepared to face same requirements of law and face civil suits or even criminal charges. I don't recommend it.

It was a private citizen (Rich Winstein) that uncovered the Gruber videos and finally got somebody to listen to him.

People need to get over this meme they have pushed on us for decades that the "voters don't count".
You bet we "count". The Mid-Terms proved that again.
The Dems & TeamObama refuse to acknowledge it, so they need another reminder. Speak out, write/phone - do whatever you have to do. They WORK FOR US ..... we are NOT their servants.

The power will stay with the People if the People exercise it.

They are if you've ever had a pizza delivered on a -10 night.

Actually what makes these guys heroes is the citizen arrest, not being a veteran.

It depends on the state, however I believe most do not in fact require a arrestor to do any of the things you have indicated.

Where do you live?
