Buchanan is 76 years old. Too old to be President.

David Rudisha, it is more likely that Pat Buchannan will break your record in the 800M than win the presidency in 2016.

And Pat is 76 years old.

Buchanan is the Tom Harkin of the GOP. In other words, never has he even come close to winning the nomination of his party. He is a fringe candidate to the nth degree.

Pat makes a lot of sense... therefore he is vehemently attacked. Not exactly a loser.

I'll throw in a dollar that it is unlikely.

This is the Pat Buchanan who seriously asked if Putin was "one of us" - "us" meaning his caveman conservative cohorts:
Is Putin One of Us? - Patrick J. Buchanan - Official Website

The guy who thought it was wrong of the US to express regret about supporting Nazi war criminal Klaus Barbie?

Who defended John Demjanjuk (another Nazi) by arguing that " Diesel engines do not emit enough carbon monoxide to kill anybody" and so the Treblinka killings were made up.

As he put it: "all this wallowing in the atrocities of a dead regime".

Hey, if that makes a lot of sense to you, have him. All yours.

I am gonna predict the future and say the OP is wrong on this one, everyone posting on city data has a better shot of being president in 2016 than Pat Buchanan.
