I guess forcing the younger generation to watch your propaganda is probably the only hope the GOP has for the future!
Get your facts straight, it wasn't tax evasion.

Dinesh D’Souza on felony sentence: 'The main thing for me is not being silenced'

Quote:
D’Souza was charged with illegally organizing for two people to each make $10,000 campaign donations to Wendy E. Long, a friend from his days at Dartmouth College. He pled guilty to the allegations in May and told FOX411 that at the time, he was simply frustrated that he couldn’t do more to help Long, who he says was struggling financially with her campaign.

Hillary Clinton campaign got illicit funds from D.C. scandal figure
Terry McAuliffe, now Va. governor, was Clinton campaign chairman at time
By Dave Boyer - The Washington Times - Monday, March 10, 2014

Quote:
Despite Hillary Rodham Clinton’s promise that she had scrubbed illegal cash contributions from her 2008 presidential campaign, prosecutors revealed Monday that the mastermind of Mayor Vincent C. Gray’s “shadow campaign” also funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to aid Mrs. Clinton’s bid for the White House.

So $20,000 gets a felony conviction but "hundreds of thousands of dollars" get you appointed Secretary of State. How sweet!

Show me what criminal law Hillary Clinton personally broke when her campaign took illegal money (one of my favorite right wing dishonesties, the failure to provide context--nearly every major candidate's campaign takes some illegal money that is given back). Both the Obama and Romney campaigns had to end up returning some money after the 2012 election. Both the DNC and RNC have to give back money after every election. While the right was accusing Bill Clinton of accepting illegal campaign donations, the Dole-Kemp 96 campaign was found to have accepted illegal donations and was forced to return money. The FEC has a policy and procedures for dealing with this. Major campaigns and both major parties run into this trouble and regularly have to return money.

That is not what D'Souza did, he willfully and personally attempted to evade campaign finance laws.

He was convicted. He admitted wrongdoing.

As to your movie choices....you're obviously not very selective.

You folks are so insecure about the status of your country that you need a lame like D'Souza to reassure you with some crap about "imagine the world without her."

As if this planet stopped turning before 1776.

Thpppt!

When a lib breaks a law, does a deed, withholds evidence, hides evidence, takes evidence INTO the White House illegally, lies to get a law through Congress or bribes companies to hire illegal immigrants, they get a free pass.

When a conservative gets anywhere NEAR committing a crime they get prosecuted usually on trumped up charges (like Dinesh's) and they get punished via a judicial system RIFE with political corruption.

And you can take that to the bank.

Really? Describe how this process worked during the scum Bush's war crimes trial.

Lying to Congress is a crime. Lying to Congress and the American people about WMD and then invading a nation under false pretenses? That's a war crime. Funny, right wingers talk a whole lot about "accountability," until it's their turn to, you know, be held accountable?

Ask Obama.

Your knowledge of International Law is as poor as your knowledge of climate and chemistry.

Under International Law, the Bush Administration had Functional Immunity.

That means so long as Bush remains as head-of-State and the others in their respective position, they are immune from prosecution of war crimes.

As I have pointed out until I want to puke, the reason Rumsfeld took a position at the Pentagon after he resigned as Secretary of Defense was so that he could retain his Functional Immunity and not be prosecuted.

Functional Immunity ended when Bush & Co left office.

Obama needed only to tell Eric Holder to make the arrests.

When you come down off of your pedestal, why don't you invite Obama to perform his duty as head-of-State, as Chief Diplomat, and Commander-in-Chief, and as the Enforcer of Public Laws and make the arrests?

And yes, I'm challenging you directly.

You may file a lawsuit in federal district court seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

Pursuant to the Writ, a judge can order Obama to perform his duties and obligations as the law requires, to arrest Bush & Co and present them for trial.

When do you plan on doing that?

Um, Truman and LBJ both illegally overthrew the Greek government and installed puppet-dictatorships.

That's a matter of public record...go read the declassified documents.

There's a reason I source nearly everything using neutral sources like your own government.

There are none so blind as those who refuse to see...
